Religious education
The Governors of Cullycapple believe that RE makes a vital contribution to the education of children today. The programme seeks to widen the children’s knowledge and application of Biblical principles and Christian standards.
Assemblies are held on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays for the whole school. We encourage the local clergy to participate in the programme on a weekly basis.
Arrangements can be made for those children whose parents wish them to be excluded from attendance at assemblies and RE classes.
Once again, the Core Syllabus for RE is under review and we will keep you informed of all changes.
