Absences and attendance
ABSENCES
A child who is absent from school MUST bring a note of explanation on the day of their return to school. If a child is required to leave school before the official end of the school day, parents are asked to notify the principal as early as possible and sign the child out of school.
It would be appreciated if all routine dental appointments were arranged for after school hours.
In the event of a prolonged illness or absence (more than a week), your child’s teacher would be glad to arrange for some work to be sent home, but only if you felt your child was capable of coping with it.
